Fethard-on-sea village is situated on the hook pensinsula and this house is in the village center. The entire village is just over 150m (less than a block) and contains 2 pubs, 1 restaurant, 2 cafes, 1 diner, 1 supermarket (convenience store) & 3 take aways including Indian & Chineese. The best 3 beaches on the peninsula are less than a 10 minute walk including Fethard dock
Recently renovated to a very high standard this house offers 2 double rooms & 1 bunk room always with freshly pressed sheets. It has 2 full sized shower rooms, upstairs & downstairs, fresh towels provided. The house is well insulated and and plenty of electric radiators keep it warm in the winter.
We are avid travelers and mostly stay away from well beaten tracks and always try to stay in rental houses or apartments where possible. There are certain things that give these rentals the wow factor and makes life a little easier when traveling. We have attempted to provide all the facilities & comforts we would expect when traveling in our house.
Our upstairs shower room, has a power shower, washbasin & toilet. It comes stocked with 1 large and 1 hand towel for each guest. Attention to detail when cleaning ensures each new guest gets the show house effect. Our downstairs shower room is a carbon copy of this except it's an electric shower
